Custom Forum Signatures

Hey everyone! I'm starting work on Custom Forum Sigs. If you'd like an example of what I can make, just check out my signature.

If you'd like to have one for yourself, please fill out the form below. All fields are indicated by the corresponding numbers on the diagram.

1) This will be for the background color of your signature. For mine, I chose a dark gray color. Please be as specific as possible when choosing your color.
2) This will be for your Username. Please go to http://cooltext.com/ and list your choices, I can't do this for you lol.
3) This is just a color choice for the shape off to the side. Please indicate which color you would like here.
4) This is where you can list any online games you play, as well as character info. Please indicate the game, your username, and the server you usually play on. (The font color will be one that shows up the best depending on your background)
5) This will be a custom title you have for yourself. Anything inappropriate will be discarded and it will be left blank. Please indicate the title and color you would like.
6) This will be for Admins, GMods, and Mods. I will put this in for you depending on your position.





Please fill out the form as best as you can and reply to this post if you would like a custom sig. Once it is finished I will send you a message with the IMG code you need to put in your sig.

If there are any changes you think should be made to this, please let me know. I'm always up for suggestions ^_^

1) can it be like a blue green gradient thing? if not, just blue is fine (hex-code 6666FF is preferable)
2)I like Glowing steel
3)Dark red plz (CC0000)

How do you use add image in a signature?

And for nopyo, when you go into the Signature settings you can only use text, so what you do is host the picture on a site like Photobucket, and then put in the link that is provided using IMG tags [ IMG ] and [ /IMG ] just without the spaces between the the letters and brackets.
